I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received especially from Sofia and David - very professional, polite, kind and willing to help and support. The hotel itself is an excellent and unique villa, very clean, tidy and the scent throughout the hotel makes the atmosphere even more magnificent. We will definitely be back!

I had been in Italy for a month and had meticulously planned my itinerary. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to make a last-minute booking. To my delight, this hotel turned out to be an exceptional choice. It was modern, clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were always ready to assist me whenever I needed it. The free parking lot is a plus and very convenient the drive to Venice is about 20 minutes, definitely would stay here again. One of the highlights of my stay was the laundry service, gym, quiet room, and the complimentary Italy breakfast. These amenities were a pleasant surprise and something I hadn’t anticipated when I made the booking. The only minor complaint I have is that the lawn service started quite early, around 8 am, which was a bit disruptive to my sleep. Additionally, the TV in my room didn’t have Netflix or any other streaming services. However, there were a few English channels available. The other thing is in Ca’nova building there is no elevator, bringing your bags to the 2nd floor is up a flight of stairs. One other thing to be aware of is that the dog next door in room 701 loves to bark, which could be a bit of a nuisance for some guests.

The hotel was clean and in a good location, which made getting around easy and convenient. Breakfast was offered for free, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately it wasn’t very impressive. Staff were polite but very few, so service felt a bit limited. One small surprise was being charged for coffees in the lobby—something you’d usually expect to be complimentary. For the price, I was hoping for a bit more, but it was fine for a short stay
