My family and I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The hotel owner is very lovely and sweet, offered us tea and coffee all the time, and let us change rooms for our stay. The staff also were kind and prepared our rooms well, which were very clean and tidy. Out of all the places I've stayed in Istanbul, I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!!
The price is reasonable. The distance from train station is ver near just 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia. The owner is very friendly. I love to stay here again next time. This is my 3rd trip to Istanbul
Please don't book this hotel .. The owner and staff are worst. I arrived at the hotel from hospital. I paid for 3 nights. Unfortunately during 1st night of staying at the hotel my son became ill and we needed urgently go to hospital and stay in hospital. Early morning i asked the staff to check out and give my money (for 2 nights which we didn’t stay at the hotel) back because I needed it for hospital bills. But they refused even i didnt sleep at this hotel. Staff has very fake smile, they need your money only, rooms very small, no hot water in sink (i asked the staff but the guy didn’t do anything at all) I will rate this hotel minus, it doesn’t worth even 1 star!!! -1
