I stayed at The Four Wings Hotel for 20 days and had a really pleasant experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with housekeeping coming regularly. The bed and mattress were comfortable, which helped me get great sleep every night. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient but still quiet, perfect for relaxing and good sleep. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a clean, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay in Bangkok.

A nice hotel at a reasonably well location. Hotel does provide a shuttle service to the nearest Sky Train station. They also offer free parking. room so comfortable and clean compare with low price the front desk staff so friendly especially duty manager who was very helpful to us

Hotel with a good location, nice city views and generally attentive ground staff. However, my recent stay was disappointing in several key areas. While most staff were helpful, the Saturday midday manager was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported a dirty bathroom (see attached photos), and instead of a thorough cleaning, only the specific spot I pointed out was wiped, leaving the rest untouched. The bathroom remained unkept and dirty, contributing to an overall sense of neglect. The carpets had a persistent smell, and the air conditioning unit was noisy. The room had only one usable power outlet, making it inconvenient to use a kettle, charge devices, or use a hairdryer (which was not provided). There were no robes, slippers, or minibar service in the room, all of which are usually standard for hotels in this category. The lack of a shuttle service was brushed off by the manager as being “subject to driver availability,” which isn’t stated on the hotel page. The bed was hard, the pillows worn out, and the sheets were thin. Overall, the room felt dated and in need of renovation. The hotel’s former glory is clearly fading, as reflected in the lack of amenities and poor maintenance. AVOID!
