good experience with gentle staff especially Ihsan and Ikhlas very kind & helpful :)

People are very helpful at the reception. My room was some oldish. Refurb would be good. There is no internal spa or gym.

I don’t know from where should I start i found the bed sheet was not clean looks like they didn’t change it, there’s no wifi in the room it’s not even available only when i went down i asked about it they said maybe the problem from your phone and i have 2 phones both of them not working? 😅 even though it was available down but not in the room, the lift is not working properly u have to wait for a very long time it’s not opening till you press hard, the neighborhood is not safe after 10 pm it’s dark there’s no streets lights there, the water heater was there in the room but not working too 😂😂 if i should price this hotel I would give less than 30 euro but in fact i paid 70 euro per night
