The afternoon tea was beautifully presented! The sandwiches and cakes were so tasty! Stunning decor and flowers! The server Neel was brilliant at his job. He was very attentive and we enjoyed chatting with him! We would highly recommend the afternoon tea here

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Truly five stars in every regard. The accommodations are refined, luxurious and so comfortable, the staff goes above and beyond, the restaurants and room service are world class. The Langham Club is a concierge lounge on steroids. Perfect for business or family travelers. Lucy in the sales office is top notch and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. She and the many other wonderful staff represent the excellence this hotel offers. I know I sound like a paid salesman but I swear, the hotel is just that good.

The location is great, the service is good they even use WhatsApp for housekeeping, the cleanliness is great as well. The reasons behind the 2 stars rating are: 1- they don’t have a business center as any regular 5 star hotel ( and they couldn’t even offer me the club access ) 2- we booked connected rooms, but they didn’t fill this request, neither try to make it up for us. 3- they offer only refilled filtered water to the rooms. 4- they don’t have rain shower 5- the superior rooms are super tiny The hotel may be very busy during the summer, but we should still feel valued and heard as customers.
