We recently had the opportunity to stay at The Frame resort Greater Ooty, and I must say that my experience was a mix of positives and overwhelming. Location: The hotel's location is undeniably one of its strong points. It offers picturesque views and easy access to various attractions in Ooty. This added a lot to the overall appeal of the stay. Accommodation: Our stay at The Frame resort Greater Ooty was enjoyable, thanks to the comfortable and well-maintained Villas and rooms. The ambiance was pleasing, and the rooms were adequately equipped to ensure a cozy and pleasant stay. Dining Experience: The dining experience at the restaurant was a delight. The food menu offered a decent variety and was generally satisfying. While the taste was also exceptional, it did contribute positively to the overall experience. Cost vs. Value: While the stay was enjoyable, they have varieties of rooms and villas with different price ranges considering the overall guest budget and service provided. In summary, The Frame resort Greater Ooty, offers a good stay with its comfortable rooms, excellent location, and satisfactory dining options. However, It's a place to consider if the location and ambiance are important to you. The front desk and service staff are kind and professional.This was a memorable vacation and family and kids enjoyed every bit of it.

Excellent view from any room you select, the best is Villa view where I stayed. It is on top of the hill far from chaos of city busy and loud noise. You will have the best of peaceful times and scenery view. They have engaging activities for kids - indoors and outdoors within the resort, kids will not go bored even if you plan just to stay within the resort instead sightseeing. Staff will also join to play with kids Food is best part - all are fresh made and to suit to your need ( they customise). They have large food area for buffet and serve customised food as well. Just sometimes it takes longer to get but worth waiting. Staffs are very professional and helpful. They make you comfortable and arrange things as per your need and timing, that includes arranging taxi at last minute for your tour. They are very humble and always available to take care of things. Open for feedback and change. I'd memorable time, enjoyed my stay. Worth spending your time and money.
