I know others have had different experiences, but I can honestly say my stay here was great. I arrived much earlier than the checkout time to leave luggage and they checked me in early, which was appreciated. The room was also very comfortable and clean - very effective air conditioning so it was nice and cool. It's fair to say the area around the outside of the hotel is not exactly pleasant but it's a stone's throw from the main station and you don't have to walk long through the dodgy streets to get there. I'd reccomend to anyone wanting to stay near the station so they can catch an early morning train or flight.

had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. It may not have been luxurious, but it was definitely decent and well-maintained. What really stood out was the location — absolutely perfect! Close to everything I needed, with easy access to halal food, and public transport. Great value for money overall.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay, mainly due to the hotel’s surrounding neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone, I felt unsafe—there were people openly using drugs and injecting themselves right near the hotel entrance, which was extremely unsettling. I had to book something quickly due to a flight cancellation, and unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be a poor choice. What surprised me most is that the hotel has a rating of 8 on Booking.com. I honestly don’t know how it earned that score. After my experience, I checked the reviews on Google, and they painted a much more accurate and concerning picture. The hotel itself felt far from a 4-star standard. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, the carpets were stained, the towels smelled bad, and the room was incredibly hot. It felt like a sauna, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was broken. One of the lamps was also not working. Breakfast was well below average—not at all what you'd expect for the price or the star rating. The only redeeming factor was the staff, who were somewhat friendly. But unfortunately, that alone couldn’t make up for the overall poor experience.
