Lovely hotel – I only stayed for one night but was impressed by the amazing balcony and the very clean, minimalistic room. The only downside was the absence of a coffee/tea machine in the room. However, the helpful staff at reception were happy to provide excellent tea or coffee upon request. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay!
Well run and clean and stylish hotel. Space in our double room was tight and the room is well styled. Windows to the quiet street at the front have inside shutters so you can sleep after 5am in summer. Big selection of channels on the TV and shower was excellent. Will return
Staying here for three days, the location is great, with a proximity to central locations. Housekeeping is good. And that’s it. Staff at reception when we arrived was rude and there was no way to contact her, as there is no phone in the room and she wouldn’t reply to our messages. We went downstairs to ask for something and she was rude towards my mother. There is no coffee or tea, neither a kettle in the room. No water, no phone, and there is no way you can speak to someone if you don’t speak German. The lady at the breakfast was also rude disputing the coffee being hot, when it was actually super cold. They could be at least a bit friendly, even with low cost services. It could have been a good experience, but it’s not. Location great, cleanliness ok. The rest is a no.
