The Front Village SHA Plus

Everything is perfect. We love to have our runs even on vacation so the hotel location with lake park right in front is perfect for us. This side of Karon is not too busy and crowded and we love it. This is also our 2nd year honeymoon and the hotel made it special with decoration on the bed. Room is very clean, service is great, breakfast is also good.

Like the hotel, it worth the cost. Room was pretty large with good view, breakfasts were delicious and the variety was pretty good. Location is good, just 5 min to the Karon beach. The only minus for me was the absence of sockets near the bed.

29 July , After traveling for a day and a half to reach this destination, we were exhausted and looking forward to a smooth check-in. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s unprofessional behavior made us feel unwelcome—possibly due to our Asian passports or nationality. As someone with a hospitality background, I know how crucial first impressions are, and her dismissive attitude was both surprising and disappointing. The room and pool facilities are lovely, but no amount of nice amenities can make up for discrimination at the front desk. Staff training on inclusivity and basic guest relations would go a long way. A simple smile or courteous tone would have completely changed our experience.
