Spectacular hotel! One of the best in Singapore. The room is fantastic with a great shower. The bed is very comfortable. Staff are very nice and attentive. We had lunch a couple of times at the courtyard, and the dinner at the town restaurant is not on the same level. It is nowhere near the quality of the lunch. All that said we had a great time and enjoyed the stay.
Great Hotel in an excellent location across from the Marina Bay Sands. Due to the location in the central business district, the room size is on the smaller side but more than adequate. Had to give the service a four star because of the large number of guests during breakfast time. Stayed there during the National Day celebrations rehearsals and we had a fantastic view of the fireworks from our room balcony. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at one of Singapore's iconic hotels. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very very very poor service not expected from Fullerton! Bookings & requests made on the phone Nov 2024 - “yes yes sure we will note it down” Came to the hotel to check-in before 2pm when the lobby was not crowded and shocked to discover requests made 7 months prior were not noted and the counter staff said she will try. Waited for 2 hours with impatient kids and still cannot have my requests met. Past 3pm and the lobby crowd has subsided… everybody got their rooms and I am still waiting. 4pm I got 1 room and now there are 5 of us in 1 small Heritage room and waiting for a Marina Bay view room to be made available. We can’t get our staycation started. Very typical of “requests not guaranteed” but I made the effort to ensure my requests can be met by talking to a human for the booking and checking in before the crowd. I’m a paying customer of 2 rooms not 1. This review will not be deleted. People must know that they can get very bad service at this hotel. Shawn did some service recovery but I hope you have better luck than me. Will my next stay be better Fullerton?
