The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong

We stayed at the Fullerton Ocean Park in Hong Kong, and it’s a truly beautiful hotel with great value for money. The rooms are superb, well-decorated, and comfortable, the view is exceptional, and the location is ideal, especially for families thanks to its proximity to parks. A special mention goes to the amazing pool, with slides and play areas perfect for kids. Two points could be improved: the kids’ club is paid, which limits attendance and reduces the fun atmosphere (it should really be included), and the children’s buffet price (around €50 from age 3), which would be fairer if it were free up to 5 years old and discounted from 6 years old. Despite this, the hotel remains an excellent choice, well deserving of its 5-star rating.

Amazing hotel n service. Even with a long line up queue, the staff managed to cheer us up with my friend's birthday by upgrading our room to corner at the top floor and gifting a bday cake that was quite delicious. Best breakfast buffet. Hope to come again.

The room is good. The design of the hotel is good. The staff service is normal. No smile. Not active. The main concern is “noisy” from the guest. Restaurant, corridor, elevator or any corner. Noisy and noisy. You cannot take a break with this noise sound from the guest. Shriek and grandiloquent speech. They shout loudly and orderless everywhere. For the location, it is bad due to the hotel free shuttle bus is full. You need to call a taxi or uber to come. There is not any public transport to come there. I had a breakfast buffet there at 7am. There are also many guest shouting. I do not know why. If you want to take a break or relax on this hotel, please do not come. You will regret.
