I recently stayed at G Hotel Shenzhen. I am writing to inquire about a concern regarding the return of my credit card balance after checking out and canceling the deposit. I completed the checkout process on September 16th, around 10 am, and I was informed that the deposit taken at the time of check-in would be returned to the same credit card I used for payment. However, it has come to my attention that the deposit has not been refunded as of today's date. I would appreciate it if you could kindly assist me in clarifying the status of the refund and provide an update on when I can expect to see the balance back on my credit card. Additionally, if there are any required steps or further information needed from my end, please let me know so that I can promptly provide the necessary details.
