Absolutely beautiful hotel and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. Sunday breakfast was the most fresh and delicious food we've had our whole trip, and the back gardens were gorgeous. What an unexpected delight!
Utterly delightful hotel and staff. In fact the staff are so kind, happy and helpful I can only imagine that the management must be super respectful and run the place really well. My only comment is not a negative more of advice that they need a full length mirror in the room.
My partner booked a 3 night stay as a birthday present for me. We received an email roughly 4 hours before check in saying that our booking has been cancelled due to the hotel being temporarily/permanently closed. There was no other explanation or offer of compensation for this last minute cancellation. We had to find another hotel last minute. Not impressed with the lack of communication.
