Clean, enough space , laundry machines( not noisy one!l and friendly kind services. There are many restaurants and cafe around and big park alovated near the hotel. (Causai park) We were very lucky because we could stay discounted affordable price.
I stayed 3 months here in an one bedroom one living room appartment since the opening of this property and was very happy with the place and service. The appartment is spacious and well designed. If you raise any concern - Mrs. Lan always responds quickly. She makes us feel like having a home away from home, especially during the lockdown period. I am for sure will return here when I am in Hanoi.
The rooms are a bit soulless and stiff. It's in the living part of hanoi and therefore not a great location. Rooms had a washing machine and a whole kitchen, so it was more like an apartment. The reception seemed a bit tired and spoke little English. All in all an OK hotel.
