The Garden City Hotel

There’s a reason this Hotel is a Long Island Nassau County Destination Location!!!!! I just met one of the servers during my 2 night stay at breakfast who’s been here 35 Years!!!! He was ONLY 53 and said he has at least 15 more and doesn’t work a day! The staff at this hotel is beyond fabulous!!!! I’ve been here a few times but this was the first time I actually stayed a couple nights. I challenge anyone to find a better staff in a hotel! Everyone smiles! Everyone is happy and goes out of the way to assist you with anything! No one wears a frown no one has a negative attitude! And everything is TOP OF THE LINE! But not over the top. I look forward to coming back already and haven’t even check out yet. The rooms are beautiful, beds are very comfortable and bathrooms with great shower pressure are fantastic. This might be as close to heaven you can get. I thank everyone at the hotel for the amazing hospitality during my stay and having the pleasure speaking with the GM & F&B Outlets Manger to the bartenders service front desk valet..Beginning to End!!! CHEERS!!!

From the second my door was opened by valet, everything was seamless. The service was exceptional, the room pristine, and every detail thoughtfully handled. Room service was prompt and delicious, and I genuinely felt cared for throughout my stay. If they offered long-term leases, I’d be first in line. Looking forward to returning—hopefully as their most loyal guest. 👑

It was a wonderful experience, we stayed 2 nights . Friendly and accommodating stuff. They have a wonderful restaurant and a spa. Nice outdoor bar. The spa massage was outstanding with Mary Ellen. I am the massage therapist myself and very picky about my massages. I give her 10 🌟 stars out of 5.
