The Gate Hotel City Centre

Fantastic location & very decent size room. What’s exceptional is the service by 1 staff in particular. We arrived on one evening when the main street was closed off due to protest and guessed what? The receptionist, a nice gentleman called Sandro actually came out to the main road & guided us into the small gate into Citadines. He went out his way & even helped us with sorting out a police fine. I hope the management recognised the service commitment from such a good staff like him. Thank you Sandro. When we come back to stay at Citadines Tbilisi again, it’s because of your service and friendliness.

The worst service and staff experience we have gone through in that service apartment while we were staying from 25th July until 2nd Aug. For the past 7 days the room cleaning was not done properly, they never keep floor mat and towels and they never changed the bedsheets at all till now. Even the food they serve during breakfast lots of old food being served. When I complaint about this staff never cared, they were arrogant and they were literally lying that we kept do not disturb board. If you are with family better not to opt for this place at all. Instead staying in road is much better. Rude staff behaviour and worst service. The senior manager didn’t even bothered to respond to our email complaint.

Fair location but the service is awful. Two night stay they kicked us out to change rooms half way through with no apologies but instead with a “not my problem” and “I wasn’t here yesterday” to tell you approach. We at first were told to wait a bit for our room. We said we would go out and come back and over two hours later the receptionist was waiting 15 mins and how it’s not her problem in an aggressive manner. Just avoid this hotel so many better cheaper places with less hassle than here in Tbilisi.
