The Gawaling ladakh

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was exceptionally courteous and always ready to help. The hotel’s prime location made getting around easy. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was excellent with a good variety. Highly recommended!

Recently a group of 30 of us stayed for several nights at the Gawaling in Leh.Rooms are large and very comfortable. Minor maintenance is required on some. Location is perfect. Quiet area- walking distance into the market. Service was exceptional and prompt. Dining and kitchen staff so kind and accommodating. Front desk staff were also extremely helpful and professional- particularly Ashwani- he is an asset to this business. I would definitely stay again.

We - a group of 30 people- had a lovely stay at Hotel Gawaling. For me, the overall experience was warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views from the property were really nice. All the staff were courteous and helpful — from the reception to the cleaning staff, everyone was polite and efficient. Special appreciation goes to the kitchen team. The food was absolutely delicious and felt home-cooked with care. A big thank you to Manju, Varsha, Mamta, Bittu, and Jakesh — they were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always served with a smile. Their service made our mealtimes extra enjoyable. One area that could use a bit of improvement is the bathroom maintenance, as there were some leakage issues in certain rooms. Hopefully, that gets addressed soon. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Hotel Gawaling, for your hospitality!
