The George Street Hotel

Wonderful hotel. A++ Spacious and extremely clean and comfortable room. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. Perfect location. Centrally located to all sites (walkable). Be sure to see Sarj at the front desk. He is most helpful and made our stay so much more enjoyable with his tips and suggestions.

Rooms were spotless, front entry looks sort of like you’re entering an old apartment. For the price you’re paying, you sure get quite a small room. All in all pretty average stay. Don’t expect to spend any time in your room, more like a place to sleep at the end of a long day. Very nice and helpful front desk staff!

The carpet were so filthy that my feet were black with dirt just walking out from the shower to my suitcase. There were also blood smudges on the pillows and sheets. The room was so small that you couldn’t walk between beds, and if you have luggage, there wasn’t enough room access the fridge or use the desk. The people are nice and I appreciate that they provide water every day if service is requested, but this place doesn’t meet the definition of a 5 star hotel at all. No room service our laundry service. Extremely dirty.
