The Gig Hotel

The concierge service was great and our request attended to promptly. We had received a lot of assistance with regards to parking from the security guards, who are super helpful. Room service lady was not so fluent in English, however, the overall experience is acceptable. Can see she is hardworking and trying her best. The infinity pool has a great view, and the food at the pool side Pasha restaurant serves authentic Turkish food and beverages. The waiter and waitresses are super attentive and chatty. In all, The Gig hotel made us feel at home. Good job! 👍👍👍

Location is amazing and in the middle of everything the service of the rooms and reception have been lovely as well as the booking of the day activities. The rooftop pool and bar has stunning views. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer well priced hotel. I also thank the staff for their hospitality and the buffet breakfast have been interesting and different every morning

Stayed in the penthouse across the road at the Gu Hotel. Paid a lot of money and had no idea that renovations were happening when we booked. Had people on the roof where they could see straight into our private rooms and private pool where my children were. Really disappointed with all the money spent for privacy. Also the noise from people walking on the roof as well as power tools. We also ate at the restaurant upstairs at The Gig and had to throw it up immediately, absolutely gross food. It was cooked elsewhere and brought up the elevator so was cold and inedible by the time it reached us. My husband finished his meal before anyone else’s was even brought out. And don’t even bother with the buffet breakfast, we gave it a go 3 times before eating elsewhere every other morning. Awful food. So disappointed and a complete waste of money. Don’t be fooled by the pictures Only good thing was lovely cleaners who came by every day
