We loved the location, the room, the staff. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel has a fantastic view to the Piazza del Duomo and everything is super close. A metro station right at the hotel makes everything very convenient. We loved everything in this hotel. Super easy check-in and check-out.

We stayed at The Glamore Milano Duomo and walked away with very mixed feelings. The junior suite was modern, spacious, and nicely designed—with a good bed (though not quite 5-star quality), great wardrobe space, and a clean bathroom. The view of Piazza del Duomo was incredible, and soundproofing from the busy square worked well. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the Galleria and the Piazza. However, the hotel doesn’t function like a proper full-service hotel. There’s just a tiny reception, no real hotel amenities, and no dedicated room service—plus, when you do order, it’s extremely overpriced (€30 for a pizza). One bright spot was the helpful Filipino staff, who were friendly and welcoming. On the downside, privacy is an issue—you’ll hear noise from neighboring rooms, and to reach yours, you have to cross through the rooftop bar and restaurant, sharing an elevator with non-guests. It really doesn’t feel like a private hotel experience. And a final detail that matters: getting an Uber is tricky. Drivers won’t come to the back street entrance, so you’ll likely have to walk around 300 meters with your luggage to meet them elsewhere. For the high price, you're mostly paying for the view—not for a seamless, high-end hotel stay.

This place completely fooled me. Online it looks chic and stylish, but in reality, it’s rundown and feels more like an abandoned flat than a hotel. The room was dark, dusty, and had a strange smell. The bed was uncomfortable and there were no basic amenities. The reception barely spoke English and acted annoyed when I asked questions. I didn’t feel welcome or safe. I stayed less than an hour before deciding to leave. I had to be firm to get out — not a single apology from anyone.
