Myself and my husband stayed here recently and enjoyed our stay.rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Myself and my husband will be coming back for another stay and I would highly recommend a stay here.its also in walking distance of the town.
Stayed 3 nights - Great location in central Sligo right next to the river, everything is walkable from this hotel. Room was very spacious. We traveled with a toddler and a baby cot (playpen) and mini fridge was provided upon request. Underground parking with in-out privileges was a bonus. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal with so many options. Staff were all great, everyone from reception, cleaners, breakfast staff all were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if ever in Sligo again.
The stay is fine but the staff in the dining area is a bit rude. A female staff member took all the plates on my table while I was still eating and I even told her please don't take the plates because I am still eating, she insisted on taking it and even laughed sarcastically. I've been in the hotel 3 times and the service in the dining area is awful. I hope the dining supervisor trains in good manners and the right conduct to the dining staff to know when to take plates and clean the table.
