Glencoe Inn is a good, little hotel - it will probably not blow you away but the staff was sweet, helpful and we got lucky to get upgraded to the little “apartment” that had its own living room and kitchen. The apartment was very cozy and newly renovated. A Full Scottish Breakfast served in a hotel will never be our favorite - the quality is never really good and this one wasn’t any different. But all in all we had s very pleasant stay
Wasn’t too impressed with the bed and carpet in our room. Bed seemed worn out and carpet was pretty stained. Staff were wonderful and the pizza from the restaurant was delicious. Definitely a shoutout to the cooks. Had a blast chatting with them, funny and had a lot of knowledge about the area. Which makes sense because they are from the area.
A very basic but cute hotel. The service was good the staff was kind and funny. The food was not the best we had. I would stay away from the chowder in the restaurant. We tried it and didn’t like it but we didn’t have to pay for it. The beds were not to our likings but the room was cute. The steak was nice but a bit too raw compared to what we are used to. A very good location in the highlands and easy access to hiking and Harry Potter touristing!
