The Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club

My wife and I had a lovely stay at the Glenview. 1. The Executive Room was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view. 2. The pool and spa were lovely. 3. The food was outstanding and the servers were kind and hardworking. (We ordered a fish and chips for lunch and it was the best battered cod we’d ever had) 4. The grounds were expansive, beautiful and well maintained with lush flora and forestry. Would absolutely return!

The perfect spot to relax away from the city. Great proximity to various walks/hikes, plus easy access to Dublin via train or car. Food was good, dinner menu’s always had something fun though some variation in breakfast would have been nice. The standard menu for breakfast is a cold buffet selection, and a menu for hot plates. Really nice gym and pool (sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi) faculties. Not busy in the mornings.

Rooms are lovely, and not too small. The only thing is that all the room doors seem to slam shut, so you can hear a door closing from halfway down the hall. The food is lovely and well presented, there is a nice selection for breakfast. The gardens are nice and the staff are very friendly. The location is fantastic, just off the N11 and I would definitely stay here again
