The Godfrey Hotel Boston

Really nice room in the city. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Had flowers delivered from a third party for my wife’s birthday and the staff made sure they were placed with care into the room while we were out and about. And they threw in a bottle of champagne for an extra touch. Location is great, easy walk to Boston Common. Lots of good food and drink nearby. A convenient marketplace around the corner. Close to a T stop, and plenty of rideshares around too, with short drives to the hot spots around town. Would absolutely come back!

I rarely leave reviews but had to for the incredible service at the Godfrey! Our family came to visit Boston for the weekend and even our young kids noticed how nice the staff was. They provided unlimited bottled water and snacks which was a huge perk! We got two free drink tickets upon check-in. They added fun little touches like a complimentary candy cart one evening and the Front House manager Ardon who was so welcoming and friendly gave our kids some little toys while we waited for our breakfast. We got breakfast next door and it was expensive but delicious! The valet crew was so kind and helpful. Our car-top carrier wouldn’t fit in their garage and they helped us take it down and unload/reload. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Bath products were nice, lots of outlets, and a wireless charger for convenience. Top tier customer service, cleanliness and location. Perfect spot!

What a lovely hotel this is. And such friendly staff. Shoutout to Lily from housekeeping. We had a great New Year’s stay here. We were moved to another room without any hassle after we couldn’t sleep because of noise from the air conditioning. In the new room the issue was solved, although there was a bit of a strange smell but we didn’t want to complain again.
