The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa Colva

Even though it was off season everything was on point and the food is just immaculate, the hotel’s staff is very sweet and everyone was very friendly and polite and helpful, the stay made our vacation much more enjoyable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here, personally, would recommend getting the rooms on the top floors, we fortunately got clean rooms and there weren't a lot of issues that we faced apart from mosquitos and the occasional electricity outages which was expected as it's monsoon season. We loved the view outside our room and would have loved to swim in the pool but the pool was unfortunately closed during our visit:( The restaurant at the hotel is slightly expensive but they have good food and the breakfast buffet here was good too! Would not recommend the coffee or tea here though.

Book only if you want to ruin your Vacation!! In two days stay no hot water supply in room, no room cleaning was done nothing. Pool was super dirty, so was everything else. Gym not working. Water leaking from celling at entrance in Resturant and in lobbies as well. Very short staffed. Took two days to fix hot water issue. Staff very reluctant to provide any service. Very pale ambiance. Pathetic. Rooms were not very bad but stale bedsheets and towels were provided. To sum it up " this is the place which has passed it's prime" and now jst screaming for change.
