A luxurious hotel on the high street of St ives. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Bathroom with jacuzzi bath & restaurant offering a few vegetarian option but we're flexible & accommodating. A big shout out to Maisie who welcomed me on arrival & helped take case up to my room. She's been so attentive & given 5 star service. Thank you to the whole team for a great business stay.
Had a lovely stay with my gf after attending my friends wedding. The room was lovely. The only thing that brought the rating down was the lack of aircon. Downstairs had aircon but our room didn't. It was a rather hot day and the room was unbearable. We had a desk fan but it did nothing to relieve us from how hot it was in the room. So we did struggle a lot to get to sleep. I would stay in the hotel again, just not during a heat wave!! 😂
Unable to comment on rooms as just popped in for lunch. We went for the 2 meals for £20 offer. Nice lunch, simple. Good service, friendly and not overbearing. Carpets and soft furnishings are a bit past their best.
