The Gopinivas Grand

My experience with this hotel was okay. But the hotel's cleanliness must be improved. Dust everywhere, flies everywhere. The hotel outside looks grand like the name. But the rooms still look like 80s or 90s look. Dear owner of the hotel please look up this matter. Staff : No problem, all are friendly and helpful. Restaurant: Foods are nice. But flies everywhere, after seeing the flies, I don't have any idea to eat. Cleanliness is so important. Housekeeping : Make a bed all are perfect. But dust everywhere. Thank you

The rooms were not at all clean, we had missing towels, dirty sheets, and the odor when you go into the room the first day is really unpleasant. Hotel staff would not try to help out with what our concerns were when we asked and were somewhat rude by saying that they will provide what we asked for yet during the entire stay we didn’t receive anything we asked for from the start. The location on the other hand is somewhat decent, the sunrise point is roughly a 5 minute walk and the sunset point is a 8 minute drive, all respectable amounts of distance. Overall, the hotel all in all was not clean, not the best and would not recommend a stay at this hotel. The rooms and service were not up to my personal par, and the only thing I enjoyed this trip was the sunrise and sunset.

Our experience at this hotel was terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and a musty smell. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive whenever we raised concerns. The corridors reeked of a rotten food smell, making it unpleasant to even walk to our room. The overall upkeep of the property was poor, and it felt neglected and unwelcoming. For the price we paid, we expected at least a clean and comfortable stay, but this was far from it. Definitely not worth the money
