The Grafton Hotel

While on holiday, my partner was hospitalized and I quickly scrambled for a hotel room as our stay was extended. I ended up at The Grafton and had the BEST experience. The staff was beyond attentive, helpful and supportive as I was going through a very tough time (shout out to Adam and Maurine). They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of - from a room upgrade to late checkout to the entire staff being aware of our ordeal. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and the beautiful accommodations. They took care of me as I was taking care of my partner and I am so grateful!

Sadly, only got to stay for one night in central Dublin, so decided to book somewhere nice. Grafton is well placed in the City - easy walk to most of the main attractions and Temple Bar. Were able to drop bags early, concierge very friendly and helpful. Room was nicely appointed and great shower! Breakfast was great - good range of hot and cold foods - only criticism was quality of sausages which seemed a bit cheap for the standard! Comfortable and felt 'special' - would recommend

Firstly I would like to mention how lovely your staff member Chloe was, she was so attentive, helpful and friendly during my entire stay. She was so lovely and elevated my stay so much! Secondly my room was amazing, great comfortable bed, and my shower was so nice after a cold Dublin day! The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Dublin, couldn't recommend this place enough!
