The Ambience and the Hospitality was really Awesome ...... The room was very clean and the service was given at the right time without any delay. Especially Mr.Manoj treated and guided us in the very proper way . The Food also was very tasty and even when you are traveling before your dinner time the restaurant people gives you a remainder call and take the orders to serve your food hot and delicious. An excellent place in Gangtok. Located right in the centre of the city near MG Marg. Rooms were spacious and amenities are great. I had read a few not so happy reviews but on arriving realised that they are mostly written by competition as the service was completely opposite and great. Food was too notch and everything is prepared freshly. They even provide you home style meals if required. This is gonna be my regular lodging place. Heard that they are also coming up with a full fledged lounge.

A decent place to check in, for people on a budget. Comfortable rooms and decent service. Was woken up several times at night by a big group staying on the floor above. Asked the duty manager to sort it out. The guy seemed powerless. Management if you're reading this - if you book large groups, ensure the rest of the guests don't have to live with your mistakes.
