The Grand at Trafalgar Square

The hotel location is great! Walking distance of most important things to see and also 5 minutes walk from the underground. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is kind and my room and bed were very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for your money

Worth every penny. First of all, the service here is the best I've ever experienced. Top to bottom, every single employee was excellent and helped make my stay even better. Went above and beyond. Location is a dream. Everything is within a 15 minute walk from here. Just perfect. Bed was so comfortable. The unlimited free refillable water bottles was incredible, as well as the free coffee/hot chocolate options. The breakfast buffet is fine but way overpriced, that's the only negative I have to say about this place. Overall, you can't beat the location and the staff is the best. Can't wait to stay here again!

The location is perfect—right in the center, with most attractions (Regent Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, etc.) within walking distance. The staff is very helpful, and check-in/out is quick and easy. Rooms are quiet, with comfortable beds, a tea kettle, coffee machine, and ironing facilities. Though compact, the space is adequate, and chilled water is available on each floor. For valuables, the front desk provides secure storage since rooms lack safes. Prices are high, but expected for central London. The only downside was room access—mine required going down 5 stairs after the elevator, while others were on the same level. A more convenient room assignment would have improved the stay.
