The Grand Gloria Hotel

The hotel and rooms are quite comfortable, but unfortunately the service does not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. I would rate it 3 out of 5. Breakfast was below the standard for this category, though the pools are nice and well-maintained. Housekeeping is also average, I’d say between 3 and 4. Overall, there is room for improvement.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in March. The hotel was very modern, with polite and attentive staff. Reception was available 24/7, even during late-night hours. There were separate areas for the bar, restaurant, and breakfast lounge, all beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic. Due to heavy snowfall, the outdoor pool was out of service. However, the indoor pool, spa, and beauty salon were still operating. The rooms were quiet with no disturbing noise, and in case of any issues, a staff member promptly came to assist upon request.

A crap hotel that we arrived for five days. It took the staff three hours to prepare the room and the room was very dirty. We asked for coffee and spoons. We had to call them several times and they still didn't bring us the coffee. They also hung up on us in our faces when we arrived. The elevators didn't work and the whole hotel was like one elevator. The heated pool didn't work and they said every day that it would work and it didn't work. The staff is rude. The sheets arrived dirty. We ordered someone to come and bring a pillowcase and when he came, we asked him not to come into the bedroom because I was changing clothes and he didn't listen to the rules. The staff also doesn't know English at the level that Google Translate needs. The windows arrived open all the time and we couldn't open them. There was a loud noise and it was hard for us to sleep. On the first day, there was a stinking smell of sewage. The gym was small at a three-star level. It was just a disappointment. The only thing that was good was that the hotel was close to the mall. There were insects (flies and a few butterflies). In the room we asked to move to, they said that the whole hotel was full and it was impossible to move, but the hotel was just a big disappointment. After a few days, I already miss home. The level of The hotel is a three star hotel. I do not recommend anyone to come to this hotel
