Absolutely fantastic value for money! The rooms were incredibly spacious, with stylish modern furniture and super comfortable beds. The reception area felt luxurious and was beautifully designed. The beach was well maintained with excellent service, and snorkeling in the Red Sea was an unforgettable experience. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway 😎

So, I went to this hotel around 7 years ago and it was lovely and one of the nicest hotels I’d been to. However my stay recently was much different. It’s a lovely hotel but in my opinion it has gone down hill. The rooms and service were great. The food has gone down especially the alacarte restaurants. There would be lovely options and a nice range however there is now limited options. There used to be a nice range of cocktails in nice glasses however they only offer two cocktails now on all inclusive. The buffet was nothing special and had the same things on everyday. We tipped the cleaner and from this he would unlock and let himself into our room every day asking for money. The taxi service they provide is fab and we felt safe. Lovely hotel but definitely not 5 stars.

Overall, the hotel met my expectations. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was generally good and varied — you definitely won’t go hungry. The drinks were of a standard level; don’t expect anything extraordinary. However, the group of 3–4 staff members working at the terrace bar, along with the bartender at the animation bar, seriously tarnish the quality of the hotel. These employees are extremely inattentive, rude, and disrespectful. They clearly do not know how to speak to guests properly. You are left waiting for a long time just to place an order, and they don’t even bother to smile — it feels like they’re being forced to work there. Even a simple question is met with a dismissive or rude response. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry and does not reflect any sense of customer service. Allowing such staff to continue working in this manner seriously damages the hotel’s overall reputation. This situation urgently needs to be addressed.
