A beautiful and quiet place that made me feel right at home. The waitress, Nadia, is amazing. ♥️😀 She's very friendly, polite, and helpful. Even the rest of the staff makes you feel like part of the family. The food is great too, and the menu is harmonious. Well done, Nadia 👏
Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable and good located. Great restaurants and varied options, would come back again! Great receptionists, always friendly. Gayathri in particular was exceptional. Extremely professional and kind. She definitely made my stay much more comfortable! Thank you!
The hotel isn't suitable for families at all, drunk people can be seen everywhere! Rooms are dirty! No parking for guests at weekends as it will be occupied by the club guests so as a resident you need to figure out where to park yourself as valet staff will not cooperate with you when the hotel parking is full. The only good aspect of the hotel is their breakfast. Beside that nothing is good. They claim to be 5 star hotel but in real they are 4 stars which seems like scamming guests by false ranking. However all staff are friendly except the valet staff who seemed like they hate their job.
