A Wonderful Stay Once Again! The food was absolutely delicious – every meal a delight. The recent renovation has been beautifully done, giving the hotel a fresh yet welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are just as cozy and spotless as always, making it feel like a true home away from home. A special shout-out goes to the animation team: their dedication, energy, and sense of humor brought so much joy to our stay. They truly know how to entertain, engage, and make every guest feel included. Already looking forward to coming back!

The experience in this hotel was amazing. I really had a great time with my family and meet Paolo (guest relation)was a pleasure, he really care about us and help us for whatever what we need. For sure we gonna come back again.

This is definitely not a 5*, more like a 3*. The hotel is very beautiful from the outside and has a great pool and coral reef at the beach. It's a shame their staff is not friendly nor helpful. Except a few, mostly all of them are just plainly rude when you ask any question/concern. We were on the all inclusive program and the drinks (chepeast alcohol+mixer, no ice and in a super mini plastic cup) and food are terrible. As summary, good facilities and bad staff, food & drinks.
