The hotel rooms are clean, cleaned everyday, staff are friendly and helpful , location is close to the sea and the restaurants area, breakfast buffet has everything and a lot more. Many thanks to Hayrettin bey, he was very friendly and helpful.

The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. They were quick to answer questions, help with transportation, and make the stay feel more personal. The service gives the hotel a warmer, more welcoming feel than the physical space might suggest. Location wise, it’s very convenient if you’re planning to take a ferry to one of the nearby islands. It’s also priced reasonably, which makes it a good choice for those who want a clean, friendly base in Istanbul without paying for high end luxury.
Reserved a sea view room for 3.060 TL by Agoda. Arrived at the hotel in less than 1 hour and I was told that the sea view rooms were sold out (?) And he would make a favour (?) and provide another room (smaller and with no view). I asked to cancel all but it was not possible, i was already charged. I tried to cancel the payment through bank and contact Agoda to press complaints. Only then he finally had to accept to provide the reserved room, all of a sudden; turned out to be available... Rest of the stay was fine though. Breakfast and so... Thanks excluding the first experience...
