Thanks to our pre-check-in via the Oasis mobile app, the check-in process was incredibly smooth, and our room was ready ahead of time. We were delighted to find a spacious family room with a stunning ocean view. The international buffet offers a wide array of food options throughout the day, and the staff is exceptionally accommodating. Daily room cleaning and sheet changes are diligently carried out. While there are numerous bars on the property, the service can be slow due to limited staff. I would suggest adding more bartenders at the beachfront bar. The beach is well-maintained with lifeguards, security, police, and Mexican marines ensuring additional safety. Complimentary pirate ship cruises are available for families and adults, which was a fantastic experience. The nightly shows are top-notch, creating a paradise-like atmosphere with friendly people all around. A stay at Oasis Resort is truly unforgettable.

I booked this resort back in Nov. after reading the reviews, I was extremely nervous on what to expect. I was so nervous because it was our family summer trip. Let me tell you! We had a wonderful time, our experience was great from the time we got our room. We did have issues getting our room at 3:30 pm like promised. We didn’t get our room until around 5:30, luckily we had family with us who had arrived a day before. That allowed us to cool off and change into our bathing suits to enjoyed the pools and food while our room was being prepared. The staff was polite and friendly, pool is beautiful, kiddo zone was great, Our room was very clean. House keeping did great on cleaning it and leaving clean towels and all we needed. It doesn’t include all the restaurants but we had enough to eat with the 2 buffets offered. We did make reservations for the steak house ( we didn’t like it) buffet food was better. Overall my children and us had a wonderful time. Will definitely go back.

Came here in January of 2024 Overall experience was horrible. Very few bilingual staff which is surprising for a resort. My husband had a very hard time asking for even the most basic things like beverages AT THE BARS We switched rooms three times because the first room was as directly in front of the outdoor garbage cans and the second had no functioning AC The food never changed. Was the same at both buffets daily. There’s people on site who invite you for a “Welcome Lunch” but it’s really just a ruse to sell you a membership for this mediocre hotel. And then they get mad at you for not dropping $20K on this membership and make you feel uncomfortable The one coffee bar had one single employee at all times so the line for an iced coffee was literally out the door always. The pool was also always dirty all the time. Bird poop on all the lounge chairs. Literally had to ask for a chair to be cleaned to sit on. Also, we got food poisoning a few days in. And the on site medical centre took forever to assess (because the one on site at the time did not speak English and they had to wait for the bilingual employee), and did not take travellers insurance for basic care. The only good part was the beautiful location/nature/ocean. And all the roaming peacocks. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY
