Not much to complain about. Nice bed, warm water, tv, extremly cold ac, everything clean and nice and helpful staff. Things to improve: * More wc paper * Breakfast was not great but it do works * To expensive products in the minibar (3x the price)
the location not at at the main road, and the place surrounding is a bit crowded but i’m surprised with the room is nice, modern and large side. also tump up for the breakfast… wow is home test many choice with traditional and delicious front desk service is good smile with professional manners the kitchen stuff who also provide breakfast her name is Pa Yu. she is so kind i like the service here so much 🤍
The hotel has great facilities and is very clean. Our room was tidied up daily, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, the service at breakfast was extremely disappointing. The female staff member working there never responded when we greeted her in the morning and always seemed angry . When we asked her how to use the coffee machine, she looked very unpleasant and didn’t even turn it on. On our first day, breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 AM, but she didn’t open the restaurant until 7:20. She was, by far, the worst service staff we encountered in Thailand.
