I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel very welcomed. The food served was delicious, fresh, and had a variety of options to choose from, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. What truly made my experience special was the breathtaking view of the mountains and hills from the hotel. Waking up to such a peaceful and scenic view was truly refreshing and unforgettable. Overall, everything—from the hospitality to the food and the natural surroundings—was excellent according to me. I am happy to give this hotel a full 5-star rating and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Our recent stay at The Grand Shiva to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary celebration was absolutely perfect in every way! From the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff to the amazing food, every detail exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the team’s flexibility—they tailored everything to make our event feel personal and seamless. A special thank-you to the staff & the managers, who were incredibly prompt, attentive, and personally ensured our group was well taken care of throughout our stay. Wonderful view of the valley and the river. Nice clean rooms with good service and helpful staff. And food was consistently good for the 3 days we were there. Highly recommended for a social event. They have a good setup with function hall and terrace. Overall, a memorable experience for us was made even better, thanks to all things at Grand Shiva resort.
