The Grandeur Hotel

We had changed 3 rooms because all of them were dirty. There’s no communication between spa and the hotel. At the reception they said to take towels in spa center. At spa center they said that they can’t give towels for those who live in the hotel. So we used towels from our room and after asked for more towels. But never got them. The spa is used not only for hotel guests, so it’s very crowded, no available loungers. Also all the walls in rooms are dirty. It needs a good renovation. I certainly do not recommend it.

I stayed here on August 13 and booked a two-bed suite. The room was spacious with a great big balcony wrapping all around. One of the rooms we received with nasty smell as the carpet was wet and rotten. One of the bathrooms also smells horrible which makes the hotel sweet smell the same. However, the price is not cheap, and the biggest disappointment was the “breakfast included.” There was very little variety, too many people, and no fresh food. The croissants had a strange eggs smell, the boild eggs were unpleasant, and the bread wasn’t fresh. No toaster available either. If you book here, be ready to enjoy the room but plan to have your breakfast somewhere else.

I don’t recommend it, there must be a better 5 starts hotel in Batumi. Seems very old hotel Rooms and bathrooms are small Swimming pool is outside crossing the street ( shared with other hotels) Breakfast menu is very limited, they need to improve it They need to improve the dining area as well Location is far from the center
