Lovely hosts lovely stay. We had a nice room with a little garden. This gave us our private space for our dog too. Rooms were clean and so were linen. Living room was inviting with books, piano, board games, music player. We also enjoyed Afternoon tea and continental breakfast with fresh homemade muffins, scones, toast, yogurt, fruits etc. Talking to hosts was heartwarming. Nice lovely stay.
Had such a lovely, relaxing stay. Wonderful guesthouse, just the right mix of privacy versus warm welcome. Very much like a modern version of the old friendly UK B&B. Included Breakfast was stellar. Having a private courtyard with a lovely breakfast table was a nice extra. Definitely recommend if you’re planning an overnight visit to York.
Hosted by Ron and Leanne this accommodation provides a perfect getaway with the family. The rooms are packed with a home away from home. Video's, Games and upstairs will have a sunset view. Rooms were clean and that amazing guest room feels like a nice way to getaway for a read or two. Definitely will stay again for longer.
