The Grayson Hotel Miami

Our stay at the Grayson was to be honest the best stay ever. We have stayed at many places in Miami and South Beach areas over the years but this was more than I ever expected. We had a cruise out of Miami and arrived too early to check in but were able to leave our bags until check in. John greeted us at the door, held our bags until check in and gave us suggestions for things to do. When we checked in, John had our bags, took us all the way to our room, opened the door and showed us into our room. Best customer service ever. The rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable ,balcony was huge, pool area was amazing too. Definitely relaxing. We also found ourselves back from the cruise early and our flight late. John suggested we come back and enjoy the hotel amenities while we wait for our flight...so we did. John remembered our names and asked how our cruise was. John was beyond awesome but the other hotel staff were also fantastic. Greyson hotel and staff ...we will be back.

This hotel is a rare gem, I could start from right from walking into the lobby the customer service from every member of staff was wonderful! They offered all assistance they could and made every effort to make us feel at welcome! The room was breath taking and the views were fabulous! Let me tell you, that bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and literally had to be fighting myself to get out of bed! The room was clean and very modern. My only concern for the room I would say the shower door doesn’t lock all the way and some water splashed out but there were provisions to keep the floor dry and slip free. The gym is fully equipped and Bella’s bar was actually opened. The stay was overall one of my best stays. The location is central and convenient! I would definitely go back

Service was fantastic!! Our desk agent John was the best. A week prior I sent them an email for food recommendations. John responded the next day with well thought out options. Upon arrival, John was our agent, and informed us that they upgraded our room as there was availability. Beautiful and spacious rooms. I would highly recommend The Grayson Hotel and desk agent John.
