It's always a great stay at the Great Roots Resort! I've stayed in this resort hotel before with my family and went back with my friends and the service and the ambience is still as good as I remembered. If you want to have a relaxing time and spend quality time with your friends and family, make sure to consider booking this place. The spa is a great way to relax but really every corner of this resort will help you relax, plus they are also pet friendly!! I'll definitely come back. Great value for money!! 😍

Stayed there on the weekend of Feb 7th. Nice location with plenty of paths and the spa area was great. Unfortunately the rooms left a lot to be desired. We had two small children (6months and 2 years) and the hotel refuses to turn any type of heating on in the room. The room was 16-17 degrees Celsius all night! Both of my kids are now sick only a few days later 🤒. Hotel offered more blankets….which does not help at all if you are not laying down asleep. Imagine trying to keep a blanket on a 6 month old or 2 year old who rolls around. Getting out of the shower you were immediately frozen and uncomfortable. The dinner buffet was average with limited options. You were able to order one main course each in addition and those were very good. Problem is that ours took nearly 60 minutes to arrive. By that time we had already eaten at the buffet. Service could be dramatically improved. As a 4-star hotel it is simply incredible that you would only enable the air conditioning function and not the heating function for the rooms. Very petty!
