Never again! First say I was told I don't have a reservation for that day but for the following day for 6 days. (Reservation was through done through a clinic). I had to book a room for that day. Next day while I was in the hospital, they wanted to kick my friend out of the hotel saying there was no reservation (assured me the day prior there was one). All that in a unfriendly almost threatening way. One employee was the worst. Unfriendly when talking to us, rest of the time he refused talking to us. Rooms not very clean and the cleaning, when done, were slobby. Had to beg for toilet paper and new towels. Needed more towels since one shower door was missing and wet had to use the towels to dry the floor (see pic). Rest of the shower was full of lime. Windows were leaking. When curtains weren't closed you could feel the wind as it were open (cold in January) heater loud but hardly getting warm. Asked for a new water cooker since it's was broken. Never got it in a week and ended up buying one. Breakfast was one good thing but tables were cleaned while still sitting there eating, felt like getting kicked out of taking to long. Food at the restaurant was good. Outside area was clean and taken care of. Service in the hotel was horrible, there were a few good and nice employees there. Not enough to make up for the mess others created.

This hotel is not at the level of 2 stars. Do not be fooled by the stars of this hotel. The rooms are dirty and the equipment is extremely old and worn out. The third person was not in the room either. The only advantage was the breakfast, which is at the level of 4 stars.
