First I want to say (Thank you a million) to Zeynep from the front desk team, she was very welcoming, friendly, professional, and supportive .. she made our check-in experience amazing with the many requests we had. The hotel is nice and clean in general, rooms are big, nice seaview, good spa (although steam room was not working and jacuzzi was not hot). The outdoor pool is accessible with extra charge per person! Pools are usually part of the facilities guests access at no additional cost. This is the first time I witness such a setup. Thanks, I would stay here again.

There was honestly nothing good about this hotel. The hotel is connected to a pool, but even though we were hotel guests, we had to pay to use the pool every single day. We only found this out after arriving, which was very frustrating and misleading. On the first day, after paying for the pool, we received towels. The next day, however, they told us we had to pay for towels separately — even though we got them for free the day before. When we asked about this, they gave us conflicting answers. One staff member told us towels were included with the pool ticket, but the next day, another said that wasn’t true and we had to pay. The lack of consistency was unbelievable. Almost no one at the hotel spoke English — not even at the reception. Communication was a real challenge, and unfortunately, the staff were not friendly or helpful, especially if you didn’t speak Turkish. In the bar/bistro, we waited over 40 minutes for two juices and two pieces of cake. Nothing came, and in the end we just left — even though the place wasn’t busy at all. On our last day, check-out was at 12:00 AM, but our flight wasn’t until 9:00 PM. We asked if there was anywhere we could shower and change after spending the day by the pool. The answer was just “no.” We couldn’t use a room to shower, just a public shower cabin, which was not practical at all — especially since towels weren’t provided unless we paid extra. Paying €15 just to use the pool for the day, plus extra for towels, was honestly outrageous. We had already paid for the hotel, so having to pay again just to use the pool doesn’t make sense. It felt like they were taking advantage of tourists who don’t speak Turkish. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was zero effort to communicate clearly or accommodate guests’ basic needs. The only positive thing I can say is that the place was clean. But everything else was simply terrible. This was a very bad experience overall, and we will never come back. Definitely not recommended!

Avoid this place at all costs. We booked a REFUNDABLE room with the option to pay at the hotel. However, upon arrival, they refused to let us see the room until we paid for the full 12-day stay upfront. Only after taking the full payment did they show us the room — and it was completely unacceptable. The rooms have no air conditioning, and despite it being late May with temperatures nearing 30°C, the central heating was still on. We’re from Scotland, and one of our guests had recently suffered a heart attack — the heat made it impossible to sleep, and we were up all night struggling to stay cool. The next morning, we asked for a refund for the remaining days so we could find alternative accommodation. The hotel staff refused, claiming the payment had already gone to a third-party agency. When we contacted the agency, it turned out this was a lie. After confronting the hotel again, they agreed to refund half the amount — for 6 of the 12 days — but ultimately, we received nothing. They later claimed their bank was “unavailable.” This place is completely dishonest and operates like a scam. Don’t trust the refund policy, and don’t expect honest treatment from the staff. Stay far away.
