hi green peak hotel, it was great experience staying in your place. the kids are happy with the swimming pool and various kind of food for breakfast. the room also nice, clean, and tidy. for improvement, need to see the small details, there are ants in the room, and during the makeup room service, please check the coffee and tea supplies. In other hotels, they are usually refilled for the next stay.

Need more staffs and trolley at the concierge especially in the long weekend, guests ended up bring their luggage by their own because the trolley and staffs are equipped. The lobby interior could be more sleek and modern minimalist for a 4 star hotel, and maybe change the shade of green lighting so can makes the hotel looks more ‘expensive’. There’s no queen bed for a deluxe room, only twin single bed, so if you bring your family, you gotta gather into one. So far it’s a family friendly hotel, because it has a large garden and pool to play at. The food was good too.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were ants in several areas, and I also found a lot of loose hair around the floor, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. This really affected my comfort during the stay. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel, and unfortunately, this fell far below standard. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves their housekeeping quality moving forward.
