The Greenery Resort Khao Yai

Ok resort good, rooms are spacious but bathroom are pretty bad. Location is very nice with good view. Restaurant is ok with helpful staff, many places inside with pool tables and games were closed, swimming pools are not very clean. But good beautiful scenery.

The overall quality is quite lower than I expected as this hotel is quite old. I think they need the renovation in many areas. This area is quiet which is good for resting a night but it’s not pleasant to stay longer. Team building activities are good, the convention are good.

Over all, this place is far from the word hotel. It is not impressive. The room is not in a good condition and at 5pm I had to still wait for the room for 1 hour to check in. The water pumper in the bathroom was broken. The water broke out and it flooded all over the place. The phone was not even working when tried to contact the reception. We had to walk a distance to the reception. I had to contact the app agency instead to get the contact of the hotel. The bathroom itself is a nightmare. The shower gel is a low-quality one. Do not expect anything from the breakfast. And that is all from me. Poor staff. They have to work with effort when the hotel management and facilities are the worst. Please just close the hotel if you cannot handle it. อย่าฝืน!
