An amazing night away with my wife. We couldn't fault anything, and to be able to sit outside for our evening meal was the cherry on the top... Can't recommend The Grosvenor enough. Staff, food, rooms, settings all perfect. Thank you, we will be back again in September for our wedding anniversary.
Just back from a well needed break at The Grosvenor after a recommendation from friends and can say it was a very good tip! During our stay we found the hotel very peaceful, we opted for a top floor room and it was beautifully decorated and the bed very luxurious. The whole interior of the hotel is stunning, especially the dining and bar areas. The staff are so friendly and very willing to assist. The food was good, perhaps a little expensive for the portion size, however the breakfast included was plentiful. I also had a message with Gio which was amazing and we loved Stockbridge which had plentiful amenities and places to eat and drink. Overall it was fantastic value for money especially with our half bottle of champagne included in the Mr & Mrs Smith package.
We are lunch here, so I can't comment on the rooms. Very nice garden with a proper charcoal pizza oven. So the flatbreads are delicious. Wonderful chips too. Front of the building is a bit austere, but the back is a very pretty garden and a lovely place for lunch on a summer's day.
