The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando

From the moment we arrived at The Grove Resort & Water Park, the experience was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from Jennifer at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel welcome. Jennifer was not only polite, but also incredibly attentive and patient. She took the time to answer all our questions, gave us great tips about the resort and surrounding area, and went above and beyond to make sure our check-in was smooth and stress-free. Throughout our stay, she remembered our names, asked how our day was going, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find staff who combine professionalism with such a caring attitude, but Jennifer did exactly that. She truly set the tone for our entire vacation and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. If you’re planning to stay at The Grove, know that you’ll be in great hands – and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Jennifer, you’re guaranteed to start your trip on the best possible note.

We brought our two boys for a quick weekend stay and absolutely loved it! We had a 3 BR and it was very spacious, clean, and comfy! The pools are really nice and the waterpark was so fun. We also loved the arcade and indoor mini golf. The staff was friendly and really helpful and you can use the app or text if you have questions or need assistance. Perfect resort for families, especially with little kids. We will definitely be back!

I love every bit of my trip to Orlando . I just would like to give a shout out to The Grove resorts and water park . I had an amazing time and stay at the grove . The stay at the Terrace was even better. Very quiet and clean . The rooms are amazing and the hospitality knocks me out the window. Everyone one is very helpful and the water park was amazing as well. I also enjoyed the karaoke night and the fabulous food at the water park. The people around is great and the supermarket is very convenient and the fact they stay open a little late is even helpful. This is a very beautiful and fabulous resort .
