The Guild in The Gulch

I was getting really scared when I seen the reviews for this place… BUT I will say the room is fantastic the floor in the shower could use some work but everything else is fantastic. The way to get in and stuff is kinda confusing but it is easy to do when you get it down once. I am glad I chose this place for my trip in Nashville

The location was great and response from front desk by text was quick when I was having issues with electronic key card but our room was very disappointing. The furniture was super cheap, such as the coffee table wasn’t stable, I was afraid to rest a drink on it because it was so wiggly. One of the dining chairs was broken so we couldn’t both use table. One of the drawers in kitchen was just propped up and wasn’t attached so the face of it fell off when I tried to open the drawer, the curtain rod was bent and falling down, the ice maker and water didn’t work in refrigerator, and the shower tile was all chipped. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again.

This was honestly such a headache of an experience. We couldn’t get in without a registration email since there’s no front desk. No one ever sent us an email so we had no idea that was necessary before we showed up. Called multiple times before getting ahold of anyone but they responded to a text and made us do a registration through link(this is for an already existing reservation) and then took them forever to send us the info we needed in order to access the info post completing their registration link. We missed our dinner reservation and it put a massive damper on our nice evening away. 10 out of 10 would never recommend.
