The Guild Uptown Mckinney Ave

Best apartment nicest service ever. I loved my stay. The view of Dallas is amazing. Super nice customer service. We were in for my sisters surgery and they offered to shop for some food for us. Very clean! I can tell housekeeping pays attention to detail. No pantry and you don’t need it because there is Whole Food down stairs with a nice selection and even an an area to eat. You can’t beat the price for this much space and quality. AMAZING!

Overall a nice apartment, building staff/pool/parking were excellent, and good floor plan for our extended stay. Service via text with the Guild was very efficient and helpful. We stayed a month, and downsides were the lack of furniture in areas (dresser, coffee table) and some more frequently-used kitchen items since we were there long enough to be cooking several nights a week. And although it's more of a building issue than Guild issue, the dishwasher was cheap and filthy and the washer was also really cheap and extremely loud to where it couldn't be on while having a conversation in the living room. Overall I'd recommend the Guild and the 2500 McKinney property.

Edit: 3/23/2021. Closed permanently. Stylish, well equipped apartment. Sam at the front desk is delightful. Beds are comfortable with nice linens. The fact that it's right above the whole foods is super convenient. The guild team is very responsive. One star knocked off because the shower curtain liner needs to be replaced, and because the cancelation / change policy is pretty rigid. I stay here most weeks, so I obviously like the property and the company.
